Special meeting followed said Hearing, <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Boyle, seconded by Tr. Komornik that the Village Board <br />approve the transferral of $238,504, from the General fund to T!i-Municipal. <br />Carried. <br /> <br />Tr. Cioppa discussed the OCBA requirements saying compliance could cost up <br />to $45~000o <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett recommended contacting Insurance carrier and State represent- <br />atives to arrange a meeting as we hadntt~ been contacted on this. since 1981. <br /> <br />Tro Cioppa to work with Village Atty. and Fire Coordinator and report back. <br /> <br />Tr. Greco discussed request for sewer hook up from Greet Toyota and same <br />referred to committee. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on sewer back up at St. Maryts and Tr. Cioppa stated <br />lateral will be connected. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on positions of Zoning Snforcement office and Zoning <br />Administrator with Mr. Haubennestel and Mrs. Greco present. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on duties of above positions and Arty, Reilly stated <br />duties of Zoning ~nforcement Officer are outlined under the Zoning Ordinance. <br />He reported that~ if sa~e were broken down, a job description would be needed, <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Komornik that the position of Zoning <br />Administer be rescinded and the position of Deputy Zonim2 Enforcement Officer <br />be initiated. <br /> <br />Tr. Costa inquired if the hours for the Deputy would be specified and what <br />would the job consist of, <br /> <br />Discussion followed as to whether this would be an assistant or a new position. <br /> <br />Zoning Officer Haubennestel outlined duties of his position.and discussion <br />followed on proposed dnties for the Assistant. <br /> <br />Tr. Cioppa stated we had to determine what jobs we are creating. <br /> <br />Motion carried. <br /> <br />Tr. Greco recommended appointing Mr, Haubennestel Zoning Enforcement Officer <br />and Lynn Greco Deputy Zoning Enforcement Officer. <br /> <br /> <br />
