Cioppa discussed the OCBA requirements saying compliance could cost up to $45~000o Mayor Synnett recommended contacting Insurance carrier and State represent- atives to arrange a meeting as we hadntt~ been contacted on this. since 1981. Tro Cioppa to work with Village Atty. and Fire Coordinator and report back. Tr. Greco discussed request for sewer hook up from Greet Toyota and same referred to committee. Discussion followed on sewer back up at St. Maryts and Tr. Cioppa stated lateral will be connected. Discussion followed on positions of Zoning Snforcement office and Zoning Administrator with Mr. Haubennestel and Mrs. Greco present. Discussion followed on duties of above positions and Arty, Reilly stated duties of Zoning ~nforcement Officer are outlined under the Zoning Ordinance. He reported that~ if sa~e were broken down, a job description would be needed, Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Komornik that the position of Zoning Administer be rescinded and the position of Deputy Zonim2 Enforcement Officer be initiated. Tr. Costa inquired if the hours for the Deputy would be specified and what would the job consist of, Discussion followed as to whether this would be an assistant or a new position. Zoning Officer Haubennestel outlined duties of his position.and discussion followed on proposed dnties for the Assistant. Tr. Cioppa stated we had to determine what jobs we are creating. Motion carried. Tr. Greco recommended appointing Mr, Haubennestel Zoning Enforcement Officer and Lynn Greco Deputy Zoning Enforcement Officer.
