I15 <br /> <br />The regular meeti09 of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, <br />Dec. Il, 1985 at 7~30 P.M. in the Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present= Mayor Synnett, Tr. Greco, Tr. Cioppa, Tr. Komornik; Tr. Bo~le, <br />Tr. Schinella & Atty. Reilly. ~ <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett congratulated the Fire Inspector for the job he was doing <br />inspectino buildings and recommended a letter of commendation be forwarded <br />him and the Fire Chief° <br />He suggested a Picnic in the Park committee be appointed each year at <br />the annual meeting. <br /> <br />action deferred - Referred to Legislative Comm. <br /> <br />Commi!tee reports: <br /> <br />Finance= <br />Tr. Greco reported committee audited all approved bills. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Cioppa, seconded by Tr. Schinella that all audited bill~ <br />be paid. Carried, <br /> <br />Tr, Greco questioned the bills on the.dam from Satterwaithe and Atty. <br />Reilly stated we had no choice but to pay them. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Komornik, seconded by Tr. Schinella that the outs$anding <br />bills on the dam submitted by the above mentioned company be paid, Carried. <br /> <br />Upon recommendation by Tr. cioPPa, a motion was made by Tr. Schinella, <br />seconded by Tr. Cioppa that two bills for roofing at the Garner Engine <br />House be paid, pending Company president's signature. Carried. <br /> <br />.Upon.recommendation by Tr. Cioppa, a motion was made by Tr. Schinella, <br />seconded by Tr. Komornik that the three bills from Gino Pecchia & Sons <br />in the amount of $2412.93 for removations at the Johnson Fire House be <br />paid. Carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Jack Raillin9 addressed meeting requesting sewer hook up for a proposed <br />Pizza Hut on old Rte. 9. <br /> <br />Tr. Greco reported we have had problems with sewer line in that area. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Cioppa, seconded by Tr. Greco that permission be granted <br />above request provided they comply with sewer traps and clean outs <br />Carried, Tr. Komornik voting nay. <br /> <br />Resident inquired as to progress on the Kennedy property on Fulton St., <br /> <br />attyo Reilly reported Investigator has been hired and we hsould have a <br />report by the end of the month. <br /> <br /> <br />
