The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 4-14-82 <br />at 7:30. P.M. <br /> <br />Present: Acting Mayor Viglotti, Tr. Greco,, Tr. Cioppa, Tr. Mazochi, Tr. <br />Costa, Tr. Brown, Atty. Lyons & Engineers Paggi & Martin. <br /> <br />Engineer Rudy LaPar addressed meeting relative to sewer and water for the <br />DiCambio property. He stated they had preliminary approval for water. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons inquired as to how many single family units would be installed <br />and Mr. LaPar replied 60 units which would service about 18,000 gals. per day. <br />He stated there were 27 acres involved and property was zoned for 1.25. R. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons discussed access roads for proposed development reporting <br />capacity would have to be discussed with Village engineers. He stated <br />Environmental Impact study would have to be made. <br /> <br />Mr. LaPar reported short form has been filed with Planning Soard and <br />property was in the Village and they met requirements. He stated there <br />a blockage in the Clinton Street sewer according to report filed previously. <br />Hr. LaPar rep~ed Planning Board wouldn't give preliminary approval until <br />the Village Board authorized sewer.hook up. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported we would have to review EIS report to see if short <br />form is acceptable and we would have to confer with Engineers as to capacity. <br />He stated maps filed with Health Department were never modified when <br />annexation~took place. Atty. Lyons reported any change has to be filed <br />with Department of Health. <br /> <br />Mr. LaPar reported approval had been received from D.C. Health Department at <br />the time of annexation. <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Viglotti suggested meeting with Water Board, Engineers and <br />Sewer Committee in an effort to resolve situation. <br /> <br />Meeting scheduled for 4-21-82 at 4:00 P.M. <br /> <br />Mr .. DiCambio reported purpose of this request was for sewer hook up. <br /> <br />Mr. Richard Barger, owner of Creekview Court, addressed meeting requesting <br />authorization for sewer hook ups for that proposed development. <br /> <br />Atty, Lyons reported we would have to leave it open as to whether an~ <br />Environtmental Impact Study would have an impact on the project. He stated <br />they had preliminary approval for water. <br />Atty. Lyons repo~ted that, under Zoning Ordinance, when lots are subdivided~ <br />variances would be required throughout. <br /> <br />Mr. Barger reported they had preliminary approval from Planning Board, <br />pending sewer and water approval. <br /> <br /> <br />
