<br />MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD -2- 4/2/09 <br /> <br />and Imperial Plaza states there shall be no more than 5 sign faces at any time on the pylon <br />sign. At this point Mr. McCormick made a motion to approve the slat on the pylon sign <br />contingent upon applicant providing the Board with a color sample and final approval of <br />the use by the Planning Board. Motion was seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />TATTOOZ FOREVER, 1560 ROUTE 9 <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from Tattooz Forever to move their business from <br />1562 Route 9 to 1560 Route 9 and a new sign. It was stated that they will be moving <br />into the space where Liberty Tax will be vacating. It was also stated that it is an <br />approved use in that space. There is no change in parking requirements. Mr. McCormick <br />made a motion to approve the use, seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />Next the sign was discussed. It was stated that the sign conformed to the sign ordinances. <br />The applicant stated she would not be putting any neon in the windows. Mr. McCormick <br />made a motion to approve the sign as presented contingent upon a color sample being <br />provided to the office. Motion was seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried. <br />Applicant was reminded to get in touch with the Code Enforcement Officer for a new <br />Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />CALVIN LAWRENCE AND ANNETTIA GIGLIOTTI, HOT DOG CART AT <br />MYERS CORNER ROAD <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from Calvin Lawrence and Annettia Gigliotti to be <br />able to operate a hot dog cart at Myers Corner Road. It was stated that applicants have <br />already received their Peddler’s Permit from the Village and Permission from the County <br />Health Department. They started they would be starting sometime the end of April and <br />would be operating 5-6 days a week from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. She would have <br />receptacles for the garbage and would be removing her own garbage every night. They <br />would also have a few umbrellas with Sabaretts on it. Mr. Morris stated if they decide to <br />have any type of signage they would have to come back to the Planning Board. Mr. <br />Horan stated for the record that Mr. Lawrence is a Veteran and as such it allows him to <br />peddle on any street or county road and if there is any issue regarding this the Veterans <br />permit supersedes all local laws. Mr. McCormick made a motion to allow the use, <br />seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />HOLLOWBROOK ASSOCIATES, CAMBISTE SOFTWARD - SUITE 14 - <br />HOLLOWBROOK OFFICE PARK <br />Next on the agenda was a proposal from Hollowbrook Associates for a new business - <br />Cambiste Software in Suite 14 at Hollowbrook Office Park. The space had been used <br />previously as a lawyers office - There will be six people in the space working on <br />computers from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. - (5 days a week) - there will be no structural work <br />being done - just a fresh coat of paint Mr. Moran made a motion to approve the use as <br />proposed, seconded by Mr. Chase.
