Tr. Chase, <br />OLL ALL BY THE LERK OF THE ILLAGE <br />present. Tr. Kirstein, present. Tr. Costa, present. Tr. Alfonso, present. Tr. Visentin, <br /> <br />present. Tr. Calabrese, present. Attorney Viglotti, present. <br /> <br />R: <br />ECOGNITION <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Community Services Grant for Main Street Property, Clock on Village Bridge <br />$25.0k. <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander thanked Community Services for allowing the village to use $25.0k of <br />their grant money for the purchase of the clock. John Karge who worked with community <br />services said the clock was paid for in total from the grant, and special thanks to “Sun Up <br />Enterprises” for their donation of $1,800.00 towards the installation. All in attendance <br />applauded. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Train the trainers confined space, John Kozak (Water Dept.) and Scott Traver <br /> <br />(Highway Dept.). <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander expressed his appreciation to Mr. Kozak and Mr. Traver for the extra <br />effort they put forth as being certified trainers for confined spaces. The Mayor also <br />commented on the joint effort between the two departments, highway and water. All in <br />attendance applauded. <br /> <br />? <br /> <br />Letter of donation received from the First Presbyterian Church donating $185.50 <br />for needy parents who cannot afford summer camp tuition for their children. <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander read a letter from the First Presbyterian Church. All in attendance <br />applauded. <br />. <br />AM. <br />CTION ON INUTES <br />Approval December 8, 2010 Regular Board Meeting Minutes. <br />Motion by Trustee Costa to approve the December 8, 2010 Regular Board Meeting <br />Minutes. Seconded by Trustee Alfonso. Carried. <br />Approval December 29, 2010 Special Board Meeting. <br />Motion by Trustee Costa to approve the December 29, 2010 Special Board Meeting. <br />Seconded by Trustee Kirstein.
