Seconded by Trustee <br />Komornik. Carried. <br />ES <br />XECUTIVE ESSION <br />Motion by Trustee Komornik to leave the Executive Session and return to the Regular <br />Session. Seconded by Trustee Niznik. Carried. <br />RS: <br /> <br />EGULAR ESSION <br />Motion by Trustee Davis to make an offer of $580,000.00 for the purchase of the <br />Chamber of Commerce Building South Avenue contingent on review and said proposal <br />written by Village Attorney Viglotti. Seconded by Trustee Niznik. Roll Call Vote: Tr. <br />Niznik, aye, Tr. Chase, absent, Tr. Alfonso, aye, Tr. Komornik, aye, Tr. Davis, aye, Tr. <br />Calabrese, aye.
