Fedigan and his <br />brother Robert. Mr. Fedigan showed renderings of what he would like the existing <br />remediation site to look like after the remediation process is complete. The village is <br />considering many options for future development at the moment and this proposal is one <br />of them. Mayor Alexander thanked Mr. Fedigan for his presentation and asked the Board <br />and public if they had comments. None replied. Motion by Trustee Chase to close the <br />public hearing. Seconded by Trustee Huber. Carried. <br /> <br /> <br />Public Hearing <br /> <br />“CDBG” <br /> <br />LEGAL NOTICE <br /> <br />Please be advised that the Village of Wappingers Falls Board of Trustees will vote for a <br />Community Development Block Grant program project during the September 11, 2013 <br />Village Board Mtg. at 2582 South Ave. Village of Wappingers Falls, NY at 7:00 PM on <br />Wednesday the 11th, of September 2013. Questions please call the Village Clerk at <br />845-297-8773. <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander opened the public hearing. The village board discussed the need for <br />parking in the central business district more specifically property located on Reservoir <br />Place. Mayor Alexander said the CDBG Grant request would cover development cost of <br />the property at 28 Reservoir as the estimate was provided from Village Engineer Paggi. <br />Trustee Chase asked if the purchase price was also included in the grant request. Mayor <br />Alexander said no. With the Goring Hall property in contract the village will need <br />additional parking. Mayor Alexander asked if there were any questions from the board or <br />public. None replied. Motion by Trustee Niznik to close the public hearing. Seconded by <br />Trustee Calabrese.
