The regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on 4-8-81 <br />at 7:00 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Synnett, Tr. Moruzzi, Tr. Greco, Tr. Costa~ Tr. Mazoch~, <br />Tr. Viglotti Atty. Lyons. <br />Also present: Engineers ?aggi & Martin & Supt. of Public Works $idote,~ <br />Absent: Tr. DiGregorio (out of Village on business! <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett requested a moment of silent prayer in memory of Mr. Malcolm <br />Hunter~ a former Village Trustee, who recently passed away. <br /> <br />Mayor Synnett suggest a progress report be given on all committees, e~cept <br />Finance, since they were newly appointed. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Greco, seconded by Tr. Moruzzi that a progress report be given <br />on all committees, except Finance. Carried. <br /> <br />Finance: <br />Tr. Moruzzi reported,committee met and audited all approved bills. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Moruzzi, seconded by Tr. Costa that the above report be <br />accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br />A~enda: <br /> <br />Set dates to inspect Village owned facilities: <br />To be discussed in Executive session. <br /> <br />Stat6s of the Rte. 9D pro~ect: <br />Mayor Synnett reported a pt~lic meeting has been scheduled for 4-21-81 at <br />?:BO P.M. in the K. of C. Hall to give residents an opportunity to discuss <br />the costs involved with this project as same will have an effect on the <br />tax rate. He recommended publishing a notice of said meeting. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Costa, seconded by Tr. Greco that the above meeting be authorized <br />and the notice of samexbe published. Carried. <br /> <br />Report on Police emergency generator: <br />Mayor Synnett referred this to the newly appointed Police Comm. to make <br />an investigation and ~eport back. <br /> <br />Communications: <br />%~illage Justices' reports for March were read showing a total of $2~26B.00 <br />collected in fines. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Costa, seconded by Tr. Mazochi that the above reports be <br />accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br />Zoning Officer's report for March was read showing a total of $2OO.~O,collected <br />in fees. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Moruzzi, seconded by Tr. Costa tha~ the above report be accepted <br />as read. Carried <br /> <br /> <br />
