Seconded by Trustee Davis. <br />Carried. <br /> <br />Mayor Alexander said the purpose of this hearing is to discuss the changes and answer <br />questions as they relate to the revised zoning code. Ms. Lisa Nagel of ELANT showed a <br />map of the village that broke out the various zones within the village and asked if there <br />were any questions. Ms. Nagel said concerns raised by Dutchess County Planning were <br />answered and several recommendations were incorporated into the final document. <br />Mayor Alexander pointed out some changes were needed with respect to the mobile <br />home park requirements. Ms. Nagle said she would make those adjustments to the final <br />document. Mayor Alexander asked if there were any other comments, none replied. <br />Motion by Trustee Chase to close the public hearing.
