Trustee Huber, Absent. <br /> <br />Privilege of the Floor with respect to printed agenda items followed by Privilege of the <br />Floor with respect to non-agenda items. <br /> <br /> <br />RS: <br /> <br />EGULAR ESSION <br />Village of Wappingers Falls, NYS Water Grant Application, DWSRF # 17419 <br />SEQR Resolution for Proposed New Water Tank <br />The DWSRF Grant Application describes Village of Wappingers Falls drinking water <br />utility replacement and roadway reconstruction on several existing Village Streets, and <br />also construction of a new Water Tank in the Village. <br />This SEQR Resolution is specific to the new Water Tank. <br />The Village of Wappingers Falls proposes construction of a new water storage tank to <br />augment storage already provided within the Village Water System, and improve water <br />service in the Route 9 corridor of the existing Village Water System. The new tank will <br />improve pressures and storage volume, and also provide improved operation flexibility <br />for the Water System. <br />The proposed action involves construction of the new Water Tank. <br />The Village prepared a Long Form EAF for the proposed action dated May 11, 2016. <br />Following preparation of the EAF, the Village Board declared their intent to be lead <br />agency and circulated to involved agencies for SEQR Lead Agency coordination. <br />Responses consented to the Village Board of Trustees serving as Lead Agency for the <br />proposed new Water Tank. <br />After reviewing the Long EAF for the proposed action dated May 11, 2016, the Village <br />Board of Trustees has concluded that environmental effects of the proposed action will <br />not exceed any of the Criteria for Determining Significance found in 6 NYCRR 617.7 (c). <br />The Village Board of Trustees has concluded that there are no significant adverse <br />environmental impacts associated with the proposed action. <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br />
