Regular meeting of the VillaGe Bd. of Trustees was held on Wed., Jan. 14, 1970 <br />at 7:30 P.M. in the Mesier Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari~ Tr. Dl~Domizio, Ti. Valentino, Ti. Bain~ Tr. Fries, <br />Tr. Hoolihan and Atty. Lyons. Absent: Tr. Cheetham. <br /> <br />Minutes of a Public Hearing held on D~c. 10~ 1969 had been duplicated and pre- <br />viously presented to Bd. members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Fries, seconded by Tr. B~in that The above minu~es be accepted <br />as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Mdtidn by Tr, Bain~ seconded by Tr. Fries that action on ~nutes of las~ reg- <br />ular meeting held on 12/10/69 be deferred until the Jan. 28th meeting. Carried. <br /> <br />Petitions: None. <br /> <br />Communications: <br /> <br />Financial Statement from Water Dept. for month of December 1969 had previously <br />been presented to Bd. m~mbers, <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Hoolihan~ seconded by Tr. Bain that the able report be accepted, <br />Carried,' <br /> <br />Letter was read from Dr. Breed authorizing Joseph Costa ~o return to work as <br />of 12/1~/69~ but to avoid strenuous physlcgl activity such as lifting of objects <br />over 10 lbs., wrestling, bo~ing or worRinG in high places. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain~ seconded by Tro Fries that the above letter be accepted. <br />Carried, <br /> <br />Village Justice Damanda's report for m~nth of Dec., 1969 was read showing a <br />total of $467.00 collected in fines. <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomizio~ seconded by Tr. Hoolihan that above rep6rt be <br />accepted as read. Carriede <br /> <br />Zoning Enforc~men~ Officer's report for month of Dec., 1969 was ~ead showing <br />a total of $80.00 collected in fees. <br />Motion by Tr. DiDom~zio, seconded by Tr. Bain that the above report be accepted <br />as read. Carried, <br /> <br />Letter was read from Mr. John Jo Mitchell reporting he would not be availkble <br />for reappointment to Planning Bd. when His term expires on 2/10/70. <br /> <br />Mayor F~rnari reported Mr. Mitchell has served on PlanninG Bd. for 5 years and <br />has done an excellent job. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Fries, seconded by Tr. Hoolihan that Mr. Mitchell's letter be <br />accepted with regret and a letter of appreciation be forwarded Mr. Mitchell <br />for his services rendered. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Mr. Everett Parks applying for apoolntment as Officer of <br />the Village Court. <br />Mo~ion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr.
