DiDo~izio, Tr. Valentino, Tro Rains <br />Tro Synnett~ Tr. Hool'ihan, Tr. McCluskey and Atty. Lyons <br /> <br />Mr. Mark Zingline~ representative of the Jayceets discussed proposed project <br />to clean ap the creek bridge and dam areas £or the Centennial. <br /> <br />Tr. McCluakey reported this was a community project *and Village crews weuld <br />cooperate. <br /> <br />...Cg~muni~at!onsj <br /> <br />Financial Statement ~rom Water Dept. for month of Jan., 1971 showing a bank <br />balance of $341811o46o Same verified by Village Treasurer. <br />Motion by Tr. McCluskey, seconded by Tr. DiDo~izio that the above report be <br />accepted. <br /> <br />L~tter wu reod from Mr. Walter Montross, 83 Mesier Ave. S., reporting his water <br />shut off broken by Village plow. Copy of letter to be forwarded Insurance agent. <br /> <br />Tr. McCluskey suggested having water shut offs lowered by Water Dept. <br /> <br />Discussion followed on whose responsibility water shut offs were. <br />Arty; Lyons reported Water Department*s responsibility ends with the main <br />but he will confer with Water Dept. on same. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiI)~izio, seconded by Tr. McCluskey that above be tel. red to <br />Insurance agent. Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read fro~ Albert ~pstein, 89 South Ave,, reporting water shut off at <br />8 & lO BaSt Main St. broken by Village plow. <br />Motion by Tr. DiDamizio, seconded by Tr. Bain that the above be referred to <br />insurance carried. Carried. <br /> <br />Bulletin was read from Conference of Mayors urging Village endorse Federal <br />ReVenue Sharing prooran ant-attached is proclamation from Gov. Rockefeller <br />proclaiming Feb. 22nd as Federal Revenue Sharing Day. They Eec*mn*nd Village <br />adopt sa~e. <br />Notion by Tr, McClnskey~ seconded by Tr. Bain that Village endorse above. <br />Carried, 1 abstain. <br /> <br />Letter was read from Hughsonville Fire Co. inviting Village Bd. to participate <br />in their annual firemen*s parade bazaar on Sat., July 24th. <br />Motion by Tr. McCluskey, seconded be Tro DiDomizio that above be acknowledged <br />and permission be granted Fire Co. to parade on Village streets. Carried. / <br /> <br /> <br />
