Dolan, Tr. Bain, Tr. HcCluskey, <br />Tro Sullivan and Atty. Lyons. <br />Absent: Tr. Synnett. <br /> <br />Village Clerk read notice of above ~ublic Hearing as it appeared in the <br />W, & S. D. News on June lOT 1971, <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported purpose of the first two ordinances was to slow down <br />traffic cia R~sen Ave. and Nelson Ave. <br /> <br />He stated ordinance for Church St. would prohibit parking on the north side <br />from West ~ain St. to Hillside Ave, <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported it was brought to his attention that an ordinance exists <br />prohibiting the parking of cars on the south side of that street. <br />He stated proposed ordinance would have to be modified to prohibit parking <br />on either side of Church St. £rom West Main St, to Downey five. and no parking <br />on the north side of Church St. from D~ney Ave. to Hillside Ave. <br /> <br />I~r. Jim Bain complained about cars backing on to West ~/ain fro~ Church St. <br />and requested closer supervision. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported proposed ordinance concerning carnivals and fairs would <br />eliminate issuance of a special pernit and could only be scheduled pending <br />approval of the Village <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons discussed proposed ordinance relatlng to swimaing pools reporting <br />same alters set back conditions, <br />He stated proposed ordinance also alters present Village swimming ordinmce <br />to include 5 ft. set back restriction <br /> <br /> <br />
