ReGular me.ting of the ¥illaoe Board of Trustees was herd on Wednesday, <br />December 10, 1971 at 7:30 P,M. in the Mesier Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present~ Mayor Furnari, Tr. DiDom~zio, Tr. Dolafl, Tr. Bain, Tr, Syonett, <br />Tr, McCluskey and Atty. Lyons. <br />Absent: Tr. Sullivan <br /> <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting had been duplicated and previously presented <br />to Bo~£d members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. DiDomlzio that the above minutes be <br />accepted aa written. Carried. <br /> <br />Petitions: None <br /> <br />Colunicatio~s~ <br />Village Justice Reilly's report for month of Nov., 1971 was read showing a <br />total of $206,00 collected in fines. <br />Motion by Tr. OiDomizio, seconded by Tr. Bain that the above report be <br />accepted as read. Carried. <br /> <br />Zoning Rnforcement officer's report for month of Nov°, 1971 was read showing <br />a total of $68,OO collected in fees. <br />Motion by Tr. McCluskey, seconded by Tr. Synnett that the above report be <br />accepted as read. Carried, <br /> <br />A Bill was submitted from Mrs. ,~JcMeil. 6B Remsen Ave, S., in the amount of <br />$55.12 from cain sewer Cleaning service, Inc. for repair to main sewer line. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Synnett, seconded by Tr. McCluskey that the above be tarried over <br />to Public Works for recommendations. Carried. <br /> <br />Copy of a letter was read fro~ Multiple Residence Enforcement Officer ~elding <br />to Mr. Wiley Waters advising that since the windows in question at 63 W, Main <br />St. are adequate, he submit a request to the Zonin9 Enforcement Officer for <br />a full Certificate of Occupancy. <br /> <br />Tr. Dolan reported parking lot was a mess and a Certificate of Occupancy <br />shouldnqt have been issued. <br /> <br />Mr. Maubennester reported Multiple Residence Officer requested C.O. be granted <br />and same was issued on his recoemnedation. <br /> <br />Tr. DiDo$izio inquired as to policy of plans being complete be fore ~ertificate <br />of Occupancy is issued and Mr. Haubennestel replied all requirements should <br />be met. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported ordinance r~qu~red off street parking but be wasn't <br />familiar with site plans. <br /> <br />Tr. Dolan reported building is far from being finished, <br /> <br />Mr. l[aubennestel read a copy of a letter sent Mr, Waters outlining conditions <br />lot which Certificate of Occupancy would be issued and a copy og same is on <br />the Village Board's reading file, <br /> <br /> <br />
