Regular meeting of the Village Roard of Trustees was held on Wednesday, <br />Feb. g~ 1972 at 7:30 P.M. in the .~esier Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present: Tr, OiOc~izio~ 'Ir. Dnlan~ Tx, lam]n, Tr. <br />and At]y, Lyons. <br />Absent: Mayor Purnari and Tr, Sullivan. <br /> <br />Synnett, Tr. Hooli.han <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Bain presided at meeting. <br /> <br />Minutes of last regular Village ltd. meetln9 held Jan° 12, 1972 h&d been dup- <br />licated,previously presented to Bd. members. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Synnett, seconded by Tro DiDomizio that the above minutes be <br />accepted as written. Carried. <br /> <br />Resolutions: None, <br /> <br />Petitions: None, <br /> <br />COmmunications:- <br /> <br />Village Justice Reilly's report for month of .lan.~ 1972 was read showing a <br />total of $93B.00 collected in fines, <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Syn~ett~ seconded by Tr. DiDomlzlo that the above report be <br />accepted as read. <br /> <br />Wa]eT. Dept. Financial Statement for Dec.] 1971 had been tanned over to Finance <br />Comm. for approval, <br /> <br />Motion by TT. Bain~ seconded by Tx, Do]an that the above report be accepted as <br />verified by the Village Treasurer. Carried. <br /> <br />Annual report £or lg71 was submitted by CAD], Costa concerning violations of <br />the Vehicle & Trafiic Law~ Penal I.aw~ Village ordinances and calls for the ~ear. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomlzio~ seconded by Tr, Dolan that the above report be <br />accepted and copies be forwarded I~oard members, Carried. <br /> <br />Letter was read f~o~ ~appinGers Historical Society in re£erence to a letter <br />written Pa~ck Chairman on ll-9-Tl with regards to restoration of .some broken <br />panes of glass in the windows of r gems the Society has been restoring. To date <br />they have had no reply as to the status of this mork.
