Dolan reported Village Rd. agreed to no raises for part t~me hel~. <br /> <br />Arty. Lyons ?eport(~d salaries for Ware} Comm. are subject to %he same law <br />as increase for Village lkl. Would need adoption of a Local [.aw. <br /> <br />Tr. Sullivan policy adopied tha: no part time helD would be raised. <br /> <br />Mayor Furnarl stated Water Commissioners do a tremendous job ~nd put in a lot <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomlzlo~ seconded by Tr. I)olan that Public qg. be adjourned <br />until such time as anyone wishes to be heard. Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. DiDomlzio~ seconded by'~rL Bain that notice of Special Me~%ing <br />be waived. Carried. All present. <br /> <br />Action on appointment o£ Acting Village .lustice: <br />Mayor Purnari reported two individuals were apnolnted. <br /> <br />Arty. Lybns reDorted office is cremated by Village and only one person can <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. lloolihan~ seconded by Tr. Synue~ that action on above <br />appointment be tabled until next regular Village Sd. meeting. Carried. <br /> <br />gotten by Tr. Dolan, seconded by Tr.
