Regula~ meeting o1' the Villsoe Board o~ Trustees was held on ~ednesday~ <br />Sept. 13~ 1972 at 7:00 P.M. in the Hesier Homestead. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Furnari, Tr. DiDomizio~ Tr. Do/an) Tr. Bain~ Tr. &~nnett~ <br />Tr. Hoolihan and Atty. Lyons. <br />Absent: ~r. Sullivan. <br /> <br />Minutes of last r~guTar meeting herd Aug. 9~ 1972 had been duplicated and <br />previously presented to Board me.bets. <br /> <br />Motion t)y Tr/ Synnett, seconded by Tr. Hain that the above minutes be accepted <br />as writtene Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Dolan) seconded by Tr. Rain that, upon the recommendations <br />of The Police Co~. and Capt. CostaI R/chard Henebery be hired as a Policeman <br />at a saT&fy of $b500. b Mo. probation. Carried. <br /> <br />Action on Plat:nih9 contracT: <br />Mr. Breault~ Planning Bd. Chair~an~presented resolution £or adoption, <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported above was a resolution of continuance in the <br />Planning program. <br /> <br />Mr, 8eeau~t discussed £undlng procedures ~n ~i~ogram . <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. ~iDomizio, seconded by Tr. Synnett, that the resolution <br />immediately following The minutes o£ this meeting be adopted. Carried0 <br /> <br />Action on Police car: <br />Motion, by Tr. Synnett, seconded by Tr. Dolan that the <br />for a new Police car. <br /> <br />Village let out bids <br /> <br />Tr. Dolan recommended air conditioning be deleted as it affected alertness <br />as far as hearing. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. 5ynnett that the above motion be amended to include air <br />conditioning.
