At a speci&l meet/u9 of the. Roard of Trustees of. the Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess Connty~ New York, held at the Nesier Homestead~ in ssid Villsge, on the 28th day o~ ~ebruary, 197~, at 7:00 o'clock '.M. the follmein~ were present: Mayor Furaari, Tr. DiDomizio, Tr. Oolan, Tr. Bat~, Tr. Syn~ett, Tr. f¥11ivan~ Tr. Hoolihan and Atty. Lyons. The following resolution was offered by Tr. DiD~izio, who coved its adoption, seconded by Tr. ASII~ER OF ~IE VILlaGE OF ~APPI~ERS FALLS~ ~.~ESS ~TY~ N~ Y~K~ THE ~WER TO T~E ISSUA~E ~ AND TO SELL TAX ANTICTPATT~ N~FES O~ SAID VIL~GR IN ANTICIPATION OF TAXES LEVIED FOR ~E FI~AI. YEAR ~ SAID VIL~GE END* Be it Resoled, by the Board of Trustees of the V~lla~ of ~appin~rs Falls~ ~tchess County~ New Yo~k, as foll~s: Section 1. The power to authorize the issuance of and to sell tax anticipation notes o~ the Village of Wappingers Falls, Dutchess County, New York, including renewals thereof, in anticipation of the collection of taxes levied for the fiscal year of said Village ending May 31, 197~, is hereby deledgated to the Villafe Treasurer, the chief fiscal officer. Such notes shall be of such terns, for~ and contents~ and shall be sold in such harmer, as may be prescribed by said Village Treasurer~ consistent with the provisions of the Local Finance Law. Section 2. This resolution shall take effect immediately. The question of the adoption of the foregoing resolution ess duly put to a vote on roll~a]l, which resulted as follows: Mayor Farnnri (aye), Tr. l)iOomisio (aye), Tr. Dolan (eye), Tr.
