The regular July meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of <br />Trustees was held on July 10~ 2002 at 7:30 PM in the American <br />Legion Hall. <br /> <br />Mayor Ross requested a moment of silent prayer be observed in <br />memory of Stanley Straub Sm. who recently passed away. She <br />said he certainly was a friend of hers' as well as the Board. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Ross, Tr. Cerino, Tr. Consentino, Tr. Enson, <br />Tm. Weitlich, Tr. Davis, Atty. Viglotti. <br /> <br />Absent: Tr. Schinelta (vacation) <br /> <br />ACTION ON MINUTES: <br /> <br />Minutes of last regular meeting of the Mayor and Village <br />Board of T~ustees held on 6-12-02 had been duplicated and <br />previously presented to the Board. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Cerino, seconded by Tr. Enson that above <br />minutes be accepted as w~itten. Carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF BILLS: <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Cerino, seconded by Tr. Weitlich that all <br />approved and audited by Finance Committee be ordered paid. <br />Carried <br /> <br />~3STICE COURT COMPUTER: <br /> <br />Tr. Davis said he received letter from Justice Chase <br />reporting Court had been budgeted ~1250., under equipment, <br />and now needs $1600. to pu~'chase computer required to keep <br />Court compatible with NYS Audit & Control specific~'tions. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Davis, seconded by Tr. Weitlich that Village <br />authorize additional $350.00 toward purchase of computer and <br />same be transferred from Contingency (A!990.~), assuming its <br />State bid price. Carried. <br /> <br />LAKE REVENUES: <br /> <br />Tr. Cerino reported Village received check from Electro- <br />Ecology on June 2~th in the amount of $12.190.71 as <br />royalties for water generated from Wappingers lake for the <br />month of May. <br /> <br /> <br />
