Adjourned meeting of the Village Hoard of Trustees was held on 2-18-.74 <br />at 9:00 P.M. in Am¢:rican Legion [l&ll. <br /> <br />Those present: Mayor Synnett~ Tr. DiDomizio~ Tr. Dolan~ Tr. Bain, Tr. <br />Silw.,stri, Tr0 Beldin9 and Atty. Lyons. <br />Abseet: Tr. Uoolihan. <br /> <br />A%torney Allen Rap.r~lyea addressed ,~eetlng concerning the propose Trl- <br />Municipal Sewer Project. <br />He slated there ~as a coo£1ict between the end,needs but the three <br />co~unltles ha~e the capacity oi going alone. <br />Mr. Rap~lyea reported plans weYe bein~ readied ~or 5ept.~ lq74~ ~o= <br />approval ~n December. <br />lie stated ~oup ~ould be Ln a good poslt~on ~o~ ~unding in 197~ and could <br />go out to bid the same yea~. <br />~. Rappelyea stated ~aps and plans ~e=e bein9 ~aid out, alternatives <br />discussed and ~otal project and ~eder~t aid khan. <br />lie discussed plans ueeded for approval and ~epbrted Village"s share o~ <br />the total cost ~ o~ the engineering ~ees (5300~000.) would be 4.7~ <br />He stated Village would be reimbursed 5(~ of previous engineezin9 Iues~ <br />a m~imua oi $30~000.~ when tinal euginee:ing fees ate known. <br /> <br />Atty.
