Adjourned meeting of the Village Hoard of Trustees was held on 2-18-.74 at 9:00 P.M. in Am¢:rican Legion [l&ll. Those present: Mayor Synnett~ Tr. DiDomizio~ Tr. Dolan~ Tr. Bain, Tr. Silw.,stri, Tr0 Beldin9 and Atty. Lyons. Abseet: Tr. Uoolihan. A%torney Allen Rap.r~lyea addressed ,~eetlng concerning the propose Trl- Municipal Sewer Project. He slated there ~as a coo£1ict between the end,needs but the three co~unltles ha~e the capacity oi going alone. Mr. Rap~lyea reported plans weYe bein~ readied ~or 5ept.~ lq74~ ~o= approval ~n December. lie stated ~oup ~ould be Ln a good poslt~on ~o~ ~unding in 197~ and could go out to bid the same yea~. ~. Rappelyea stated ~aps and plans ~e=e bein9 ~aid out, alternatives discussed and ~otal project and ~eder~t aid khan. lie discussed plans ueeded for approval and ~epbrted Village"s share o~ the total cost ~ o~ the engineering ~ees (5300~000.) would be 4.7~ He stated Village would be reimbursed 5(~ of previous engineezin9 Iues~ a m~imua oi $30~000.~ when tinal euginee:ing fees ate known. Atty. Lyons inquired if total engineering cost~ would.be relmbu:seabie and Mr. Rappelyea replied almost 1OOrl o£ Village's costs would be reimburseable. Richard Russo cliscussed problem with parking in Oak Tree Village, itc stated almost everyone has two cars a,d whee put in drlvewa~s same extendov~r sidewalks. I.te requested s~e relief. Village Justice Reilly's report for month of Jan., lg7a was read showln9 a total of $870.OO collected in fines. Motion by Tr. Balns seconded by l'r. 5ilvestri that above :epozt be accepted as read.
