Regular August, 2002 meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees was held on Wednesday, August 1~, 2002 at 7;30 PM in the American Legion Hall. Present: Mayor Ross, Tr. Cerino, Tr. Enson, Tr. weitlich, Tr. Davis, Tr. Schinella and Atty. Vigtotti. Absent: Tr. Consentino on vacation. ACTION ON MINUTES: Minutes of last regular meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees held July 10, 2002 had been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. Motion by Tr. Cerino, seconded by Tr. Schinella that above minutes be accepted as written. Carried. AUTHORIZE PAYMENT OF BILLS: Motion by Tr. Cerino, seconded by Tr. Weitlich that all audited bills approved by Finance Committee by noon this coming Friday, be ordered paid. Ca~ied REPORT ON COPY MACHINES: Village Clerk Karge reported there were ~ copy machines at the various locations, excluding Police copier, which still has an existing 5 yr. contract. He said cost for leasing & new Minolta machines was $~3~.00 monthly, under State bid, and we were presently paying $598.00 per month. Motion by Tr. Weitlich, seconded by Tr. Schinella that above lease be approved. Carried REPORT ON PHONE SYSTEM: Village Clerk Karge reported above was previously discussed at Workshop and the Verizon phone system would cost $1~91. per month, plus the one time fee of $~50.00. Motion by Tr. Enson,seconded by Tr. Cerino that above phone system be approved, with a 5 year lease. Carried. Tr. Cerino said, in reference to payment for new copiers and phone service, $1253.88 be transferred from budgetary line A1010.~ to AI~10.~. He said copiers and phone service will be paid from Clerk's budget for this year only; next year, cost will be assessed to the various departments.
