Dolan, ?r. <br />Tr. Beldlng and Atty. Lyons. <br />Absent: Tr. Hoo]ihan. <br /> <br />IJiBerTo, Tr. Bain, Tr. Silvestri, <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons read L'ublic Notice as it appeared in W. & S.D. Newe on 3-21-74. <br /> <br />Mr. Charles Rogler, resident of corner o£ North St. & }'elis Pl. inquired as to <br />reasons parki:~g was being banr~:d. <br /> <br />~,ayor SFnne%t reported Village Board has received cc~uplaints as to residents <br />not being able To exit their driveways and al:~ %ra~fic is tied up on ~unday <br />mornings. <br /> <br />Mr. Rogler sta~ed be was agreeable to no parking on Sundays but not the rest <br />of the week. ;le reported he was agai,]st restriction as it took away privileges. <br /> <br />County Rep. Poillucc questioned the wisdom o.f zhe ordinance stating he cou]d <br />uIlderstand the parking bari on Sundays buT inquired as to The Traffic. flow <br />the rest of the week. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported Tr. Di. Domizio was C~airman at %he time the ordinance was <br />drawn up and there was an ¢:lem(:nt of concern due To no restriction on 1%arkin.u <br />and the ~;ossib[e problems should a 'fire occur. <br /> <br />Mr. Rogler reported there were no fire hydrants on Pells PIace. <br /> <br />Tr. $ilYes%ri staTc~d he agreed with Mr. Rogler as the problem only occurred <br />on Sundays and he was against banning parking the res% of the week. <br /> <br />Tr.
