Davis, Tr. Weitlich, Tr. Consentino, Tr. Cerino, and Tr. Schinella. <br /> <br />Absent: Mayor Ross was not in attendance due to a family emergency. Tr. Enson was not <br />present do to family business. <br /> <br />Also present: Village Assessor Donald Walker, Lt. John Birdsell, Village Clerk John Karge, <br />Ronnie Robinson, Highway Superintendent Tom Marshall, Water Commissioner Bob Travis, <br />Building Inspector George Kolb, Eileen Sassmann, Edna Hinzmann, Jean Laffin, Michele Laffin, <br />Bob & Judy Morris, Dawna Chase, Jack Kernochan, Charlie McCluskey, Pam Kortright, Tess <br />Whitley, Mary Schmaltz, Bob Marshall, Susan Becker, George Traver, Gary Rogers, Marsha <br />Kramer, Ray Valentin. <br /> <br />ACTION ON MINUTES: <br /> <br />Minutes of the regular meeting of the Mayor and Village Board of Trustees held on October 9, <br />2002 at 7 PM. copies have been distributed to the Board. <br /> <br />Noting correction to the minutes of October 9, 2002 on page 5 Agency and Page 7 "Nye" to <br />"Nay" Correction also to Mayors reply to Ana Tomlins statement regarding cats read as follows. <br />"Mayor Ross states that the Board of Health, Police Department and the Attorney General have <br />no answer. Therefore there is no answer." <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Cerino to make the correction to the minutes as stated, seconded by Tr. <br />Consentino. Carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr.
