PUBLIC HEARING SCHEDULED FOR DECEMBER 12, 2002 <br /> <br />Public Hearing Real Property Tax Law Sec. 1903 <br /> <br />Assessor Donald Walker - gave a further explanation of the abOVe mentioned and <br />continued explanation of Homestead, Non Homestead Provisions. <br /> <br />Discussion to follow. <br /> <br />Public Hearing - No Parking Here to Corner Signs - (1) Park St. (2) Oak Park Terr., <br /> <br />Mr. Judd Lancto - resident lives on the corner of Park Street and Noah Mesier Avenue - <br />strongly objects to the "No Parking from Here to Corner" on the corner of Park Street and <br />Noah Mesier and feels that further research should be done on this matter. <br /> <br />Mr. John Lancto - resident - states that they, as a family, are trying not to park on Noah <br />Mesier due to the fact that it is a heavy traffic area. Also stated, his personal vehicle has <br />received damage on Noah Mesier. <br /> <br />Mr. Judd Lancto requested that further research should to be done regarding these no <br />parking signs. The study should not only be in this case, with Noah Mesier Avenue, but <br />for all the streets in the village.
