Public Hearing- <br />A Public Hearing was held at 7:00 PM for: <br />. Local Law #5 of 2003 Amending Snow Ordinance to allow the Board to change <br /> the ordinance by resolution. <br /> <br />During the public hearing there were questions both positive and negative comments <br />made. Motion by Tr. Juliano to close public hearing and begin the regularly <br />scheduled board meeting. Seconded by Tr. Weitlich. Carried. <br /> <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Mayor and the Village Board of Trustees was <br />held on Wednesday, November 12th, 2003 beginning at 7:30 PM at the American <br />Legion Hall, 7 Spring Street, Wappingers Falls, NY, 12590. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />Moment of Silence in memory of Officer Longbard. <br /> <br />ROLL CALL <br />Attendance: Mayor Lawrence, Deputy Mayor Juliano, Tr. Enson, Tr. Weitlich, Tr. <br />Consentino, Tr. Schinella (recovering from surgery) and Tr: Hilderbrand. <br /> <br />ACTION ON THE MINUTES' <br />Motion by Tr. Weitlich to adopt the minutes of October 8th and November 5th, 2003 <br />meetings. Seconded by Tr. Juliano. Carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION OF PAYMENT OF AUDITED BILLS <br />Motion by Tr. Weitlich to authorize payment of all bills with two signatures and that <br />they be paid promptly. Seconded by Tr. Hilderbrand. Carried. <br /> <br /> Presentation to Ms. Eileen Sassmann <br />Clerk Karge & Mayor Lawrence presented Ms. Eileen Sassmann with a plaque for her <br />outstanding service to the community. Clerk Karge highlighted some of Ms. <br />Sassmann's many activities which included participation in: Wappinger Greenway Trail, <br />Watershed Intermunicipal Council, Poughkeepsie Dutchess County Transportation <br />'Council, and many others. <br /> <br />Hearing Approval: <br />Motion by Tr.
