231 <br /> <br />Regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on April 14, 1976 <br />at 7:00 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Synnett, Tr. Dolan, Tr. Alfonso, Tr. Bain, Tr. Lawrence, <br />Tr. Belding, Tr. O'Rourke and Atty. Lyons. <br /> <br />Minutes: <br />Minutes of the last regular meeting held 3-10-76 , a Public Hearing on <br />the tentative budget, held 4-5-76 and the Annual meeting held 4-5-76 <br />had been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. <br /> <br />Tr. Alfonso reported Annual meeting minutes should indlcat~f that Mr. <br />Joseph ~affaele was appointed Custodian of the $.W. Johseon Bngine Co. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. Belding that the above minutes be <br />accepted as written and corrected. Carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Harold Reilly, Atty. for Brack Construction Co., addressed meeting <br />concerning application for 120 units on property known as Ashley <br />Apts. He stated he cannot proceed further with Planning Board until <br />approv&l is given for sewer. <br />Mr. Reilly submitted site plan and reported he needed certification <br />that there was sufficient capacity at the sewer plant. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported no one could proceed with site plan review for <br />over 10 units until sufficient sewer capacity is approved. <br /> <br />Above referred to Disposal Plant Comm. for recommendations. <br /> <br />Mr. Frederick Bittner, Attorney for Angela Moretti, addressed meeting <br />requesting a Public Hearing be set for the rezo~,~ng of a parcel of <br />land at the corner of Sast Main St. ~ Moran Ave~.to a Central Business <br />District. <br /> <br />Motion by Tr. Lawrence, seconded by Tr. Belding that the above request <br />be granted and same be set for May 11, 1976 at 7:00 P.51. Carrie~. <br /> <br />Atty. Lyons reported proposed Local Law previously submitted. <br /> <br />Mrs. Clark addressed meeting concerning playground at Temple Field. <br />She reported swings had been moved ~near the woods and this was not safe <br />for the children. Mrs. C~ark reported approximately 40 children, ages <br />4 to 12, use the playground and, as it is now, they cannot be seen and <br />there was no lighting.. She requested playground be moved and basket- <br />ball court be moved to an upper level. <br /> <br />Mr. Galioto stated 'that a prking lot was to be installed where play~ <br />ground was and inquired if Village was catering to Outsiders. He stated <br />this was being done without the approval of the Recrea=ion 'Comm~/ and <br />inquired as to who would ben~flt by these changes and the programs. <br /> <br /> <br />
