Motion by Deputy Mayor Juliano to adopt the Homestead Base Portion of 42.6% and the <br />Non-Homestead Portion of 57.4%. Seconded by Trustee Enson. Roll Call vote: Trustee <br />Cerino aye, Trustee Visentin aye, Trustee Hilderbrand aye. Mayor Lawrence aye. <br />Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />Motion by Deputy Mayor Juliano to accept the 2004-2005 Village Budget as presented <br />with a 9.999% average tax increase. Seconded by Trustee Enson. Roll Call vote: Trustee <br />Cerino nay, Trustee Visentin nay, Trustee Hilderbrand nay. Mayor Lawrence aye. Tie <br />vote. Not carded. <br /> <br />Discussion followed among the Board Members and the Attendees. Trustee Cerino <br />continued to expressed very serious concerns about the Franchise Fees being counted on <br />in 2003-2004 and not receiving them until 2004-2005 he also expressed concerns about <br />not being informed as to the workshop which took place earlier in the day. Trustee <br />Visentin and Treasurer Eisgruber reviewed several lines of the Budget Revenues. Trustee <br />Visentin also expressed concerns about the Legal Line and said he needed further <br />clarification as to insurance. Trustee Hilderbrand suggested getting a feel from the <br />Attendees as to their position relative to adopting the Budget as presented. Over all it was <br />decided to rescind the initial Motion and make a new Motion and vote again. All agreed. <br /> <br />Motion by Deputy Mayor Juliano to rescind the prior Motion to accept the 2004-2005 <br />Village Budget as presented with a 9.999% average tax increase. Trustee Enson <br />seconded. Carded. <br /> <br />Motion by Deputy Mayor Juliano to accept the 2004-2005 Village Budget as presented <br />with a 9.999% average tax increase. Seconded by Trustee Enson. Roll Call vote: Trustee <br />Cerino nay, Trustee Visentin nay, Trustee Hilderbrand aye. Mayor Lawrence aye. <br />Carded. <br /> <br />Trustee Cerino commented that he strongly disagreed with the average tax increase. <br /> <br />Motion by Trustee Cerino to adjourn the 2004-2005 Village Budget Adoption Meeting. <br />Seconded by Trustee Enson.
