8/17/04 <br /> <br />A Special Meeting of the Mayor and the Board of Trustees was held on Monday the <br />16th of August of 2004 at 7:00 p.m. in the Village Hall 2628 South Avenue and the <br />agenda was as follows: <br /> <br />Pledge of Allegiance. <br /> <br />Roll Call': Mayor Lawrence, Deputy Mayor Juliano, Tr. Enson, Tr. Marshall, Tr. Cerino, <br />Tr. Visentin, Tr. Hilderbrand.(Note: Mayor Lawrence and Deputy Mayor Juliano had <br />prior commitments but said any other night would alright. Trustee Enson was out of <br />town. Tr. Cerino present, Tr. Marshall present, Tr. Visentin present and Tr. Hilderbrand <br />present. The Clerk reported that a quorum was formed. <br /> <br />Tr Cerino made motion to seek outside municipal aid and or a part time qualified <br />individual to act as an Zoning / Code Enforcement Officer. Direction to be provided by <br />Ms. Loncto on a as needed basis. This aid to continue until the County Civil Service <br />availability list was canvassed and a qualified individual / individuals were appointed. <br />Secondly, approval to allow Mr. R. Travis and Mr. M. Liebermann to sign for Certificate <br />of Occupancy and Building Permits. Seconded by Tr. Marshall, Roll Call vote: Tr. <br />Cerino Aye, Tr. Marshall Aye, Tr. Visentin Aye and Tr. Hilderbrand Aye. Carried. <br /> <br />Tr. Visentin commented that these resources must follow Village Codes as outlined in <br />our Code Books, all agreed. <br /> <br />Tr. Cerino made a motion to adjourn this Special Session. Seconded by Tr. Marshall. <br />Carried. 7:15 P.M. <br /> <br /> Village Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
