8/31/04 <br /> <br /> An Emergency Meeting was held at the Village Hall 2628 South Avenue <br />Wappingers Falls at 5: PM on 8/31/04 called by Village Attorney L. Viglotti. The <br />purpose of the meeting was to discuss and take action relative to concerns of the Village <br />Zoning Board of Appeals. <br /> <br /> Attendees: Attorney Viglotti, Mayor Lawrence, Deputy Mayor Juliano, Tr. <br />Cerino, Tr. Marshall, Tr. Visentin, Tr. Hilderbrand, Tr. Enson & Village Clerk Karge. <br /> <br />The meeting was executive session with three motions at the conclusion. <br /> <br /> Deputy Mayor Juliano made a motion to hire Mr. S. Greer to provide legal <br />assistance to the Village Zoning Board of Appeals as it relates to Ms. Tracy Blakey <br />application relative to property at 16 West Street, Seconded by Mayor Lawrence. Roll <br />Call Vote: Tr. Cerino Nay, Tr. Enson Nay, Tr. Visentin Nay, Tr. Marshall Nay, Tr. <br />Hilderbrand Nay, Tr. Juliano Aye, Mayor Lawrence Aye. Nay's Carded. <br /> <br /> Motion by Tr. Marshall to allow the Village Zoning Board of Appeals to hire an <br />attorney of their choice to provide legal assistance to the Village Zoning Board of <br />Appeals as it relates Ms. Tracy Blakey application relative to property at 16 West Street. <br />Seconded by Tr. Cerino. Roll Call Vote: Tr. Cerino Aye, Tr. Enson Aye, Tr. Visentin <br />Aye, Tr. Marshall Aye, Tr. Hilderbrand Aye, Tr. Juliano Nay, Mayor Lawrence Nay. <br />Aye's Carded. ~ <br /> <br /> Motion by Deputy Mayor Juliano authorizing a letter to be issued to Ms. Tomlins <br />of 16 West Street or her attorney stating that if an application was made for a variance on <br />the above referenced property and said application was denied that the Village of <br />Wappingers Falls would not use this fact in any subsequent proceeding as evidence that <br />Ms. Tomlins property required a variance.
