191 <br /> <br />The Regular Meeting of the Mayor and the Village Board of Trustees was held on <br />Wednesday, March 9, 2005 in the American Legion Hall, 7 Spring Street, Wappingers <br />Falls, New York 12590 <br /> <br />Meeting was called to order 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br /> <br />ROLL CALL: Mayor Lawrence, absent (injury to arm, recovering at home); Deputy <br />Mayor Juliano, present; Tr. Enson, present; Tr. Marshall, present; Tr. Cerino, present; Tr. <br />Visentin, absent; (Tr. Cerino stated Tr. Visentin would be 45 minutes to an hour late) Tr. <br />Hilderbrand, present. <br /> <br />ACTION ON MINUTES: February 9, 2005 <br />Motion by Tr. Cerino to accept minutes as written. Seconded by Tr. Marshall. All in <br />favor. Carried. <br /> <br />AUTHORIZATION TO PAY BILLS AS PER APPROVED WARRANT. <br />Motion by Tr. Cerino to pay bills as per approved warrant. Seconded by Tr. Enson. All <br />in favor. Carried. <br /> <br />Previous Business: <br /> <br />Discussion: Rizzo & Kelly Professional Services invoice "People vs. Lawrence." <br />Motion by Tr. Marshall to table this item to Executive Session. Seconded by Deputy <br />Mayor Juliano. All in favor. Carried. <br /> <br />Discussion relative to Route 9 sewer. <br />Clerk Karge advised the Board that this discussion by Mr. Paggi is going to be <br />rescheduled. <br /> <br /> Approval to transfer fire apparatus to Highway Department. <br /> Deputy Mayor asked if this was the truck that was parked out in back? <br /> Clerk Karge stated it was two of the three that they want. <br /> Deputy Mayor Juliano moved to transfer fire apparatus to Highway Department. <br /> There was some hesitation from Board members. <br /> Deputy Mayor Juliano asked if they wanted to do this? <br /> Tr. Enson stated this should go out to bid. <br />Deputy Mayor stated this was our own equipment. <br />Clerk Karge stated that he was asked to hold off putting that ad into the newspaper <br />pending the equipment being removed from the vehicles. Once the equipment is <br />removed from the vehicles, they will give him the light to put this in the newspaper. <br />Superintendent Marshall would be interested in two of the vehicles, the red pumper and <br />the utility vehicle. It was brought up last week and Tr. Marshall was going to get back to <br />the Board as to what he determined. <br />Deputy Mayor Juliano asked how they wanted to work that? <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br /> <br />
