Welcome to the Village of Wappingers Falls second monthly regular meeting of the Mayor and Board of Trustees today Wednesday, February 06, 2019, 5PM. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: ROLL CALL BY THE CLERK OF THE VILLAGE: Mayor Alexander, Absent. Trustee Chase, Aye. Trustee Davis, Aye. Trustee Komornik, Absent. Trustee Whitten, Aye. Trustee Huber, Aye. REGULAR SESSION: Privilege of the Floor with respect to printed agenda items followed by Privilege of the Floor with respect to non-agenda items. New Business: KC Engineering Project Discussion. Mayor Alexander turned the meeting over to Ms. Melinda Kwok KC Engineering. Projects for Discussion—Village of Wappingers Falls 2019-02-06 Village Board Workshop Meeting Projects and Assignments ❑ Village/Utility Improvements Contract 4 —Argenio Bros Inc. ❑ Argenio started construction in July 2018 and is on winter shutdown from Dec 19, 2018 to current. ❑ Argenio will resume work when the weather allows, possibly in March 2019. ❑ Contract 4 construction is to be fully complete by Sept 30, 2019. ❑ General summary of construction scope: ❑ CW—sanitary sewer main pipe replacement, sanitary sewer main pipe lining, manhole replacement, and manhole frame and cover replacement at targeted locations. ❑ DW—water main pipe replacement in three areas. ❑ Non-Participating (not funded by CW or DW SRF, funding by Village) —Top course asphalt paving on a list of additional streets. ❑ Summary of construction status by location (subject to Punch Listing) for 2018 work: ❑ Downey Ave to Convent Ave—Sewer, water, sidewalk and paving is complete. ❑ North St—Sewer and paving work is complete. ❑ Nelson Ave—Sewer and paving work is complete.
