Grant update. Corey KC Report for Village of Wappingers Falls 2021-08-25 Village Board Workshop Meeting Non-Water Related Projects • Village/ Boat House Exterior Improvements (KC 4600-0571 • Exterior improvements —Parking Lot, Concrete Patio, Site Lighting. • Contractor Woodland Manor. • Construction was nearly complete in 2020. • Remaining construction work includes installation of parking lot light poles. • On Aug 23, 2021, Contractor provided partial delivery of the lights to the site. • Contractor is to contact KC before continuing work onsite. • KC efforts are nearly complete pending project closeout. • Village/Grease Trap Engineering Planning Grant (KC 12-0058) • On July 2, 2021, KC provided Engineering Report including Proposed Grease Interceptor Code on for review. • Comments have been received from Lisa Cobb on behalf of the Village. • NYSEFC comments have been received. • Revisions and responses will be scheduled. • Village/ Bain Park Survey and Masterplan (KC 12-0072) • KC authorized scope includes: • Survey Fieldwork and Mapping for Bain Park and DPW Yard; • Conceptual Master Plan for Bain Park; • Site Design for Playground Equipment Area; and • Long Form Part 1 EAF. • At the June 30, 2021 Village Board Public Meeting, KC Engineering presented the Bain Park Master Plan layout. • In July and Aug 2021, the Village has been in discussion with Dutchess County Planning regarding awarded CDBG grant funds, confirmation of eligible uses for the funding, and procurement requirements. KC assisted the Village with conclusions for that discussion. • Additional engineering scope and budget is needed. • KC Engineering efforts will continue following written notification of Village Board authorization for the additional engineering scope and budget. • Village/Alleyway Between Reservoir Place and Market Street (KC 12-0063) • On Feb 12, 2020, the Village Board authorized this project.
