2021-09-29 Village Board Workshop Meeting Non-Water Related Prosect • Village / Boat House Exterior Improvements (KC 4600-057) • Exterior improvements - Parking Lot, Concrete Patio, Site Lighting. • Contractor Woodland Manor. • Construction was nearly complete in 2020. • Remaining construction work includes installation of parking lot light poles. • On Fri Sept 24, 2021 , Contractor installed concrete foundations for light poles. • Contractor is scheduled to be onsite Wed Sept 29, 2021 to complete the remaining work. • KC efforts are nearly complete pending project closeout. • Village / Grease Trap Engineering Planning Grant (KC 12-0058) • On July 2, 2021 , KC provided Engineering Report including Proposed Grease Interceptor Code on for review. • Comments were received from Lisa Cobb on behalf of the Village. • NYSEFC comments were received in Aug 2021 . • Revisions and responses are underway. • Village / Bain Park Survey and Masterplan (KC 12-0072) • March 2020 KC authorized scope included: • Survey Fieldwork and Mapping for Bain Park and DPW Yard; • Conceptual Master Plan for Bain Park; • Site Design for Playground Equipment Area; and • Long Form Part 1 EAF. • The above work was partially completed. The Village placed the project on hold pending funding. • In Sept 2021 , the Village took the project off from hold by authorizing additional engineering scope required for the established funding. • Sept 2021 KC additional authorized scope included: • Additional Design for public bidding process; SWPPP; and Bidding Support. • Following receipt of written authorization from the Village, KC Engineering efforts were restarted. Work is underway in preparation for April 2022 construction. • Village / Local Watershed Revitalization Prosect (LWRP) / Nine Element Plan (KC 4077-001 ) • On April 26, 2017, the Village Board authorized this project.
