KC Report for Village of Wappingers Falls 2021-01-26 Village Board Workshop Meeting Non-Water Related Prosect • Village / Boat House Exterior Improvements (KC 4600-057) • Exterior improvements - Parking Lot, Concrete Patio, Site Lighting. • Prime Contractor is Woodland Manor with a subcontracted Electrician. • Construction was nearly complete in 2020. • The Contractor installed the four (4) parking lot light poles. Each was to include a banner. Only two (2) include a banner. • In early 2022, two (2) replacement light poles were delivered to the site and installed. The poles arrived without the hardware to mount the banner arms. The Contractor continues to push the Supplier for resolution. • KC continues to push the Contractor to resolve the light pole banner arm issue and provide the paperwork required to close out this project with the Village. • KC efforts are nearly complete pending project closeout. • Village / Bain Park Survey and Masterplan (KC 12-0072) • On Feb 22, 2022, design documents were submitted to Dutchess County Department of Planning and Development and Village of Wappingers Falls for review in preparation for Bidding and Construction. Submittal included: • Long Form EAF. • DRAFT Target Dates Schedule. • Engineer Opinion of Cost Estimate. • Full set of drawings. • Full set of bid documents. • Village Board is to provide SEAR determination. • Village / Route 9 Sewer 2022 (KC 12-0180) • By Feb 25, 2022, design documents will be submitted to Dutchess County Department of Behavioral and Community Health (DCDH), NYSDOT and Village of Wappingers Falls for review in preparation for Bidding and Construction. • Village / Local Watershed Revitalization Project(LWRP) / Nine Element Plan (KC 4077- 0 • On April 26, 2017, the Village Board authorized this project. • KC scope resulted in the development of a Wappinger Creek Watershed Characterization and Recommendations Report, which has been Page 2 of 4
