The purpose of the Public Hearing is to provide for public participation and comments <br /> about status of objectives for 2023 and to obtain the views of residents on community <br /> stormwater runoff concerns. <br /> At the scheduled Public Hearing, any interested person or party will be offered an <br /> opportunity to be heard, or to submit a written statement. <br /> John M. He asked the public (8) <br /> if they had any questions and the board (8) if they had any questions. None replied. <br /> Motion by Trustee Ruffen to close the public hearing. Seconded by Trustee Huber. <br /> Carried. <br /> Motion to approve the mayor to sign the MS-4 Annual Report. <br /> Motion by Trustee Lauricella to approve the mayor to sign the MS-4 Annual Report. <br /> Seconded by Trustee Ruffen. Carried. <br /> RESOLUTIONNO. 092022 of2022 <br /> RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CIRCULATION OF THE DRAFT COMPREHENSIVE PLAN, <br /> ZONING CODE AND EAF TO THE <br /> VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS FALLS PLANNING BOARD AND THE <br /> DUTCHESS COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the Village is in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan and <br /> its Zoning Code; and <br /> WHEREAS, as part of the adoption process, those documents, together with the <br /> Environmental Assessment Form (EAF), are required to be circulated to the Village <br /> Planning Board pursuant to Village Code §151-55(A); and <br /> WHEREAS, as part of the adoption process, those documents, together with the <br /> Environmental Assessment Form (EAF), are required to be circulated to the Dutchess <br /> Page 2 of 12 <br />
