Village Attorney Wallace, Aye. <br /> Craig Roberts IT of"Roberts Consulting" suggested that village should contact Edmunds to <br /> obtain a price on how much they would charge to move all the data over from Harris not <br /> just last 3 years. <br /> Motion by Trustee Lauricella to contact Edmunds to obtain a price on how much they would charge <br /> to move all the data over not just last 3 years. Seconded by Trustee Ruffen. Carried. <br /> Motion by Trustee Lauricella to open the public hearing. Seconded by Trustee Huber. <br /> Carried. <br /> LEGAL NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING <br /> VILLAGE OF WAPPINGERS FALLS <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village Board of the Village of Wappingers <br /> Falls will conduct a PUBLIC HEARING on the 25h day of May 2022, at 6:00 p.m. at the Village <br /> Hall, Village of Wappingers Falls, 2582 South Avenue, Wappingers Falls, New York, at which <br /> time all parties in interest and citizens shall have an opportunity to be heard as to whether the <br /> Village Board of the Village of Wappingers Falls shall adopt a proposed local law entitled <br /> "Local Law No. of the Year 2022, Adding Chapter 102 entitled `Outdoor Dining, <br /> Temporary' to the Code of the Village of Wappingers Falls to Include Provisions for Temporary <br /> Outdoor Restaurant Dining Facilities." <br /> PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that the purpose and intent of the proposed <br /> Local Law is to establish the circumstances and conditions pursuant to which existing restaurants <br /> in the central business district shall be authorized to provide outdoor tables and seating <br /> (hereinafter "outdoor seating") for patron use on the same parcel on which the restaurant is <br /> located, or on an adjacent parcel located within 25 feet of the restaurant. It is the intention of this <br /> section to specifically identify the criteria, standards and conditions pursuant to which an <br /> existing restaurant may obtain a temporary permit for placement of outdoor tables and seating <br /> for patron use. <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br />
