LeRoy. <br /> <br /> Meeting called to order; Roll call. The minutes of the previous re=~ular <br /> meeting were read. Upon motion by Trustee Kane and seconded by Trustee <br /> PaMffi the minutes stand adopted as read. <br /> <br /> 2~93. Police Justice Bet'~ report for the month of April, was read anr_oun- <br /> cin~ that the,s~m of ~ 50;00 collected in fines was forward to the State <br /> department as per new law. <br /> <br /> 2~9~. Dr. O'Brien Health, officer submitted the following report for the <br /> month of April. In Aoril their was a great deal of sickness in the Village <br />thowever this is not So unusual as the same cottld be said of any April. <br />There were no contagious disease reported durin~ the month. Samp~le.of water <br />were taken and submitted for examination report re~ceived satiszaczory as <br />usual. There~ were a few minor complaints whi.ch were investigated and taken <br />care of. ~otion by Truste~ Temple and seconded by T~'ustee Paggi the <br />reports be a:cepted as read. <br /> ~95. A communicat'ion was read from the State Dept. of Public works announ- <br /> cing that the forms for snow removal refund' would be forward when available~ <br /> <br /> 2~96. A comzunication was read from Beacon News thanking the Board for des- <br /> ignating the Beacon News for the' oi~ :'icial Newspaper for Village Notices. <br /> <br />2~9~' A communication was read from Commander John W. Haubennestel of the <br />American Le~ion thankin~ th~ 5o~r.~ for the appoin~tment of Chairman of the <br />Veters, ns ho~e comin~ ccm.~,~,ittee and also anrouncing that he has chosen the <br />~followin~ to act on'~the com~.uittee for the arrangements.
