2¸6 The regula~ meeting of the Board of Trustees was held at' the Mesier Home stead on Wednesday Evening August Ist. I9~5 at ?;30 P.M. Those present; Trustee Paggi,Temple,Kane,Berinato and Terwilliger.. Absent; Trustee Riley,-Mayor MoCafferty,Treas. LeRoy & Atty. sch°field, i The meeting was called to order by Acting Na~or Temple. Roll call' the minutes of the previous meeting were remd. Upon motion by Trustee Kane amd seconded by Trustee Pa~i the m~nutes stands adopted as read. $ 25IO Police Justice Begg report for the month of July was read announ- cing that the sum of $ 25.00 collected in fines were sent to the state Dept. as to comply with the new law. Motion by Trustee Paggi a~d seconded by Trustee Terwilliger. the report be accepted as read. $ 2~II. A communication was read from the W.T.Garner,Eng. 0o.$I announoin~ that George F. Cary was elected to active membership. Motion by Trustee i Terwilliger and seconded by Trustee Paggi the sams be confirmed. $ 2512. A commUnication was read from the S.W. Johnson Eng. 0o.$2 announc-' lng that Joseph Alfonso was elected to active membership and &leo request~ inga life roll exemption certificate for Joe. Garzise. Motion by Trustee Paggi and seconded by Trustee iasc,the member be confirmed and the cert- icate be granted. $ 2513. A oom~unioation was read from Mie~Josephine Masciola requesting permission to erect a Neon sign in front of her Beauty Shop on West Main Street. Motion by Trustee Paggi and seconded by Trustee Ease permission be granted and Miss. Masciola be notified that she assume all respon~ibili~e- ica for any accident occurring from the same. $ ~5I~. Liability and property damage on Police Oa~ wa~ received from Agent. D.D. Beasley'for renewal. Motion by Trustee Paggi and seconded Trustee Xane the policy be renewed and the bill ordered paid. 2515. Police officer Eagan report of arrest for the month of July was received and ordered filed. No report for the month of July from Health Offfioer Dr. O'Brien or Deputy Police JuStice Dederer. Chairman Kane of the Highway Committee reported progress; Chairman Temple of the Fire Committee reported progress; OhairmanRiley of the Electric Light 0ommittee was absent; Trustee Ease a member of the Water Board reported that the paint Job on the water Tank on DelAvergne Ave. was not suitable and the bill was held u~ until the contractor improves it. Chairman Terwilliger of the Ordinance committee reported progress; Chairman~l~.~a~ $~ethe Sewer & Sanitation committee~ reported that the sanitary sewer tn mouthers, was flooded dttring the rminstorm and it was from the building to., the sanitary sewer,some investigation ~e made. ~hairman Paggi of the' miscellaneous committee reported progress;
