L~oy. Absent. Atty. Schofield. <br /> <br />Meeting called to order. Roll call. The minutes off the p~e~ous re~lar <br />meeti~ were read. Upon motion by Trustee. Karts and seconded by T~stee <br />~Rll~y the minutes stand adopted as read. <br /> <br /> ~26p~. Police J~stice B <br /> ~- eg-report for the month of ~ay was read a~ouncl~ <br /> that the s~ of $ 29Y.00 collected in fines and bonds were sent to th~ <br /> Dept. as to comply with the new law. <br /> <br />~2656. Health Officer Dr. O'Brien submitted the following report for the <br />month of ~y. As the month off ~y had less sickness thaD usual for the mon- <br />th in fact the lm_tter part. of the month bec~e rather free from sickness <br />off a acute nat~e. There were no contagious disease reported to your Health <br />offficer. D~inE the. las~ week of ~ay there was an outbreak of stomach and <br />intestinal disorders which acted like an intestinal grippe because off' chills <br />pains in abdomen and general feeli~ of weakness and bodily aching,at first <br />these cases resembled case~ off flood poisoning but they cocked in cases whe~ <br />~food could not be blamed affter careful ~hecking up. In general the health <br /> of the Village was better than uau~ this May. Motion by Trustee Berin- <br />'ate-and seceded by Tr~tee Riley the reports be ac~epted as read. <br /> <br />~265Y.
