<br />Nayor Temple, Treas. LeHoy. Atty. $chofield was excused.

<br />Meeting called to order. Roll call. The minutes of the previous regdlar
<br />and Annual~ meeting were read. Upon motion by Trustee Riley and seconded b
<br />Trustee B~rinato the minutes stand adopted as read.
<br />
<br />~28IO. Police Justice Begg report for the month of March was read announc-
<br />ing that the su~ of $ 43.00 collected in fines and bonds were sent to the
<br />State Dept. as to comply with the new law. Motion by Trustee Berinato and
<br />seconded by Trustee Terwilliger the report be accepted as read.

<br /># 2&II.. He~lth Officer Dr. O'Brien submitted the following report for the
<br />month of ~[s~roh.r The health of the Village was not too bad during the
<br />month of March. During the latter part of the month cases of Grippe began
<br />to develope, this w~s predicted for early in the winter but did not come
<br />about. The ringwor.~, situation is slightly on the wane. Theme was one
<br />~ase of scarlet fever reported and two cases of mumps. There were some
<br />oases of pneumonia but these were not reported but sent to the hospital.
<br />Sample of water was taken and sent to Albany and report received was satis-
<br />factory as usual. Motion by Trustee Terwilliger and seconded by ~Tr6stee
<br />Berinato the report be accepted as read.

<br />~ 2812. A comr:unication was rea~l from the Secretary of the Chiefs conven-
<br />tion announcing that Joe. A. Burnett was selected a~s Chief Enginee~ and
<br />DwiMht Robbins and Thcs. Natole as Deputy engineers. Motion by Trustee
<br />Riley and seconded by Trustee Paggi the earns be confirmed.

<br /> The question came before the masting in re~ards to the cost of keys and
<br />badges for the Fire Dept. and discussed by the members of the Board that
<br />the fire companies fail ,to collect the keys and badges from the members
<br /> being suspended also several members moving from the village who fail to
<br /> turn in th, e badges and keys.
