Roll call. T'h~ minutes of the previou~ reg~ <br />me~ti~ were read. Upon motion by Trustee Beri~to and seconded b~ Trus~s~ <br />Goebel the minutes stand ~opted as read. <br />Mayor Temple announced the reg~ar order of business will be dispensed with <br />in order to he~ from t~ose present who wishes to sps~k befor~ the members <br />of the Board. Attorney Leahey of Po~hkccpsie approached th~ ~d <br /> a~ mnnounced that he was present to represent the Par~ay Bu~ line to <br /> quest permi~sion for the bus line to operate over the vlll~e streetcar the <br /> upper East ~[ain Street by the b[-p~se on Route N~b'er ~. ~m the company has <br /> received permission from the Town of po~hkeapsie and the City of Po~hkee~ <br /> cie and ~mo from the Village ~d of Fi~hkill where ~he route termi~tem. <br /> Attoruev Leahey rem~ked that somehow the notice in the newspaper <br />what mixed ~ ~nd ha':~ to be corrected which he h~d the s~e published ~he <br /> second time specifyi~ the date of September 3rd. for the hearl~. We have <br /> also receive ~ tempor~y permi~ from the Pnblio service co~isslon to <br /> operate the buses from Poughkeepsie to Fishkill Village the n~ber of pass- <br /> ~ engers se~m to increase every day and this route, can be of ~ervice to the <br /> ~ people of the Vill~e livi~ aZ the ~:per East ~[aiu Street. <br />~ U=on motion by T~stee Goebel ~nd sec~nded by rrus?e ~g'i ~he fol~o~i~ <br />re'~olution be adopted. A renewal contract for Sewer Service w~s received from the Board of <br /> uoatlon of the Central School Dist. for the term of six yea,rs expiring on <br />the date of July 3Ist.
