The change of ownership was <br />first discussed - it is going from Keith Hut?nagel ~o Regina and David Wexler. Mr, <br />Morris asked if new owners would be changing anything about the business and <br />applicant answered they are changing the name and would be adding hot food displays <br />which are not currently sold in the deli - they would also like to get an off premises beer <br />license which the former owners did not have. I1 is considered a grocery store/beer <br />license and there would be no consumption on site, The structure inside will stay the <br />seem - but they are applying to New York State Lottery to be able to add Quick Draw to <br />the lottery lieanse. Currently there is seating for 20 inside and they will keep it at that, <br />Mr. Bmtting reminded applicant that he would have to get a Certificate of Occuponey <br />and Assembly Permit in his own name. <br /> <br />At this point Mr. Kolb brought up the fact that the parking lot in the Dutchess Shopping <br />Plaza is not in compliance with the site plan. This is no way a reflection on the applicant <br />and will not hold up his application, Mr, Brutting stated he has the site plan on his desk <br />and would like to speak with Mr. Kolb about it after the meeting. At this point Mr. <br />Alfonso made a motion to allow the change of ownership, seconded by Mr, Kolb. <br />Unanimously carded, <br /> <br />Next the sign was discussed. Applicant stated it is an exact replacement of the current <br />sign excopt it is a different color. There will be no change to the illnminafion. Applicant <br />presented a sketch of the sign with proposed color samples to the Board. The applicant <br />was asked to minimize the wattage the bulbs and if possible put in less bulbs. The <br />application was reviewed for conformance to the codes and it was derma,fined all was <br />within the code. At this point Mr. Moran made a motion to approve the sign as presented <br />seconded by Mr. Alfonso. Unanimously carded. <br /> <br />DIRTY BASSDARDO'S, 2776 WEST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the application of the former Sachdabos Restauram to change <br />their sign. They are changing the name of the business to Dirty Bassdardo's C, mb and <br />Pub. Applicant stated they never closed the business - just shut down for renovations <br />and repairs and are planning on reopening on Decem~ 20, 2006. The new sign will be <br />an exact replacement of the existing sigra Applicant presented the Board with color <br />samples and stated there would be no change to the illumination for the new sign.
