There will be no open flame -just a convection oven and of course <br />commercial refrigerator. It was also stated she would have to discuss her need for a <br />grease interceptor with the Plumbing Inspector. Her hours of operation will be 7 days a <br />week from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. She stated even though she showed two tables on her <br />floor plan she has no intention of having table service for approximately one year. Mr. <br />Alfonso reviewed with applicant the sign ordinances and informed her she would have to <br />come back for another meeting for approval of a sign. <br /> <br />Mr. McCormick made a motion to approve the use of 2649 East Main Street for Cloud 9 <br />Dessert Company as presented, motion seconded by Mm. Firstenberg. Unanimously <br />carded. <br /> <br />HEARING AID REPAIR, 3 PROSPECT STREET <br />Next on the agenda was a proposal to be able to have a hearing aid repair business at 3 <br />Prospect Street. Applicant stated he would have no on site customers. It is strictly done <br />by mail with a registered post office box. He stated the only solicitation he would do <br />would be in professional magazines nfthe field, through audiologist and hearing aid <br />dispensers. He showed the Board the types of instruments he would be using for the <br />repairs and stated he would be using a 10' x 10' room in his home to do this work. After <br />some informal discussion it was determined that all conformed to the Codes of the <br />Village of Wappingers Falls for a Home Occupation. Mr. Moran made a motion to <br />approve the hearing aid repair business as presented with no signs and no on site <br />customers. Mr. Kolb seconded the motion. Unanimously carded. Applicant was <br />reminded to see the Code Enforcement Officer for inspections and Certificate of <br />Occupancy. <br /> <br />MOBIL SERVICE STATION~ NORTH MESIER/ROUTE 9 <br />Next on the agenda was the discussion with the new owner of the Mobil Statinn at the <br />intemection of North Mesier and Route 9. New owner stated there would be no change <br />in the operation of the service station. Everything was remaining the same. Mr. <br />McCormick made a motion to approve the change of ownership for Mobil Station, <br />seconded by Mr. Moran. Unanimously carded. Applicant was reminded to come into <br />the Zoning Office to apply for his Certificate of Occupancy with the Code Enforcement <br />Officer. <br /> <br />GRANITE CONCEPTS~ MARKET STREET INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />Next on the agenda was a proposal by Granite Concepts, Market Street Industrial Park to <br />discuss dumpster and outdoor storage. No one was present. <br /> <br />WILLIAM R. BERGENER, 5 NELSON AVENUE <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal by William R. Bergener to enlarge building by <br />adding additional office (totaling 180 sq. ft.) to existing building at 5 Nelson Avenue. <br />There was a question regarding the exact measurement for the side line - plans states +/- <br /> <br /> <br />
