Applicant will <br />have to make an appearance before the Planning Board for approval of the signs. <br />PIZZA AND STUFF NORTH, EAST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the sign proposal for Pizza and StuffNorth, East Main Street. It <br />was stated that applicant had been summons to court by the Code Enforcement Officer <br />for not having the property paperwork to change his sign. After reviewing the permit for <br />conformance to the codes, Mr. Alfonso made a motion to accept the sign proposal as <br />presented contingent upon (1) wattage of bulbs is agreeable with Code Enforcement <br />Officer and (2) resolution of appearance ticket. Motion seconded by Mr. Moran. <br />Unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> AQUARIUM STORE, 12 MARKET STREET_ <br /> Next on the agenda was an informal appearance by Richard Eighmie to discuss using <br /> storefront at 12 Market Street for an aquafinm store. Applicant stated he would be selling <br /> fresh water fish and aquarium equipment. It was determined that this type of use <br /> conforms to the zoning code for the area. Next the sign was discussed - it would be a <br /> one sided wall sign with gooseneck down lighting. Color samples were supplied to the <br /> Board. The Board reviewed the sign permit for conformance to the codes. Mr. Alfonso <br /> made a motion to approve the proposal for the use of 16 Market Street for a retail fish <br /> store, seconded by Mr. Moran, Unanimously carried. <br /> Next a vote was taken on the sign - Mr. Alfonso made a motion to accept the sign as <br /> presented contingent upon applicant supplying the height above the sidewalk and <br /> assuring the Board that he would have gooseneck down lighting - motion seconded by <br /> Mr. Moran. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />AL RAMIREZ, 2651 EAST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was an informal appearance by A1 Ramirez to discuss using 2651 <br />East Main Street as a Spanish Grocery. No one was present for this hearing. <br /> <br />JOSH INDORF for 2691 WEST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda was an informal appearance by Josh Indorf to convert 2691 West <br />Main Street from one storefront to two storeffonts and change from 3 residential milts to <br />4 residential units. No one was present for this hearing <br /> <br />RICHARD SIBURT~ 91 EAST MAIN STREET_ <br />Next on the agenda was an informal appearance by Richard Siburt to use 9t East Main <br />Street for a Tattoo Business that will also provide such things as jewelry, clothing and <br />various other forms of art. Applicant stated he would be doing both tattooing and tattoo <br />art. He would also be selling jewelry. He also stated he would be doing body piercing <br />eventually.
