Marshall and the existing sewer applicant is showing on the drawing ~ no one knows for <br />sure if it is really there. There are other issues that need to be reviewed with applicant's <br />engineer. Applicant stated wherever he is told to connect he will connect. Mr. <br />Bricklemaier stated it mast be shown properly on the drawing. Mr. Bricklemaier went on <br />to state that the Village code has certain requirements for site plan approval. Applicant <br />is proposing two new significant buildings on the properO, and applicant needs to have <br />site plan prepared in accordance with code. Mr. Visentin stated Village engineer would <br />write a detailed letter of all items that mast be included in the drawing. In the meantime, <br />applicant was instructed to contact his engineer and have him call Mr. Bricklemaier. <br /> <br />SOUTHERN DUTCHESS CHA2glBER OF COMMERCE~ 2582 SOUTH AFENUE, <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal from the Chamber of Commerce to erect new <br />buiMing at 2582 South Avenue formerly known as 38 South Avenue. Applicant presented <br />new plan and pointed out lighting and landscaping. Applicant stated they are proposing <br />a 7,000 sq. ft. two story building - 3,500 sq. ft. perfloor. Parking has been provided for <br />23 parking spaces plus two handicapped spots. The Board reminded applicant that they <br />should keep with the victorian/colonial motiff. Applicant was asked to provide a <br />stormwater management report. Applicant was also asked to show the dumpster location <br />on the map. <br /> <br />At this point Mr. Morris made a motion to declare the Planning Board's intent to be Lead <br />Agency, seconded by Mr. Alfonso. On roll call vote - Mr. Morris - Aye, Mr. Visentin - <br />Aye, Mr. Karge - Aye, Mr. Alfonso- Aye, Mr. Consentino - Absent. <br /> <br />It was stated that site plan mast be sent to Dutchess County Dept. of Planning and <br />agencies within the Village. It was also stated applicant would have to fill out short form <br />EAF- Parts I and II. <br /> <br />Applicant stated he would be meeting with both the Water Board and Highway Dept. to <br />discuss whether the existing water and sewer could be ased. Applicant also has to clear <br />up who owns the storm drain in the street. Mr. Morris reminded applicant that he would <br />like to see the light spray on the next presentation. <br /> <br />NTC AUTO REP, dIRt 33 MARKET STREET <br />Next on the agenda was the proposal for the rebuilding of NTC Auto Repair which was <br />destroyed by explosion several years ago. Applicant stated all they want to do is put <br />back what was originally there. It will be same size building. All "wrecks" will be <br />stored in the rear of the building to keep it more aestetically pleasing to the neighbors. <br />As far as parking is concerned - the Planning Board stated applicant could stack <br />employee parking. Applicant was also informed they would have to write up a short form <br />EAF and establish an escrow account for $500.00. Mr. BricMemaier stated his main <br />concerns would be stormwater run off and any contaminants associated with it. <br />Applicant stated he designated three parking spots for car sales. He usually does not <br />have three at one time. Mr. Morris reminded applicant not to use customer parking for <br />vehicle sales.
