MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD -2- 8/2/01 cooking on site. Applicant was informed he would need a building permit to install the 8' x 10' walk in cooler in the rear. Applicant was informed that he would have tofiil out a sign permit application to be granted a sign. Applicant also stated there are approximately 100 spaces in the rear of the building for parking. Mr. Visentin reminded the Board that applciant is not expanding his building, it is zoned for retail and there was a business there previously and therefore he feels parking is su~cient. Mr. Karge made a motioin to accept theproposal aspresentedfor the grocery store, seconded by Mr. Alfonso. Unanimously carried. Mr. Karge made a motion to accept the sign as submitted- even though lacking details - and have Zoning Enforcement Officer review the application submitted during the week to insure all conforms to Village Code. Mr. Consentino seconded motion. Unanimously carried. At this point in the meeting Ms. Sassmann presented the Board with proposed changes to the Zoning map as a result of the Comprehensive Plan. The Village Board is responsible for the actual changes but they have asked the Planning Board for their recommendations. Secretary was instructed to make copies of proposed zoning changes for Board to review. Mr. Visentin stated he had a letter from Insite Engineering regarding Eileen Allen's property dated July 25, 2001. Insite Engineering has some concerns regarding the property. A copy of this letter was read and is on file in the Planning/Zoning office. Secretary was instructed to notify Fire Department regarding the new access drive.
