MINUTES OF PLANNING BOARD -2- <br /> <br />8/2/01 <br /> <br />cooking on site. Applicant was informed he would need a building permit to install the 8' <br />x 10' walk in cooler in the rear. Applicant was informed that he would have tofiil out a <br />sign permit application to be granted a sign. Applicant also stated there are <br />approximately 100 spaces in the rear of the building for parking. Mr. Visentin reminded <br />the Board that applciant is not expanding his building, it is zoned for retail and there was <br />a business there previously and therefore he feels parking is su~cient. Mr. Karge made <br />a motioin to accept theproposal aspresentedfor the grocery store, seconded by Mr. <br />Alfonso. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />Mr. Karge made a motion to accept the sign as submitted- even though lacking details - <br />and have Zoning Enforcement Officer review the application submitted during the week <br />to insure all conforms to Village Code. Mr. Consentino seconded motion. Unanimously <br />carried. <br /> <br />At this point in the meeting Ms. Sassmann presented the Board with proposed changes to <br />the Zoning map as a result of the Comprehensive Plan. The Village Board is responsible <br />for the actual changes but they have asked the Planning Board for their <br />recommendations. Secretary was instructed to make copies of proposed zoning changes <br />for Board to review. <br /> <br />Mr. Visentin stated he had a letter from Insite Engineering regarding Eileen Allen's <br />property dated July 25, 2001. Insite Engineering has some concerns regarding the <br />property. A copy of this letter was read and is on file in the Planning/Zoning office. <br />Secretary was instructed to notify Fire Department regarding the new access drive. <br /> <br />Mr. Karge made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mr. Morris.
