Next on the agenda was the proposal for Mr. Kocan with a proposed sign for 2703 }Vest <br />Main Street. Applicant stated sign would be illuminated at thepresent time -possibly in <br />the future but not a concern at this time. It was stated main lettering would be black <br />with gold border and other lettering burgundy with a beige background. ApPlicant <br />stated sign would be hung in the same space as the previous sign and this sign is not <br />hanging in a DOTright-o.f-way. After reviewing the sign permit application it was stated <br />that all conforms to code. At this point Mr. Morris made a motion to approve the <br />proposed sign contingent upon the fact that it does not encroach upon the state right-of- <br />way. Motion seconded by Mr. Consentino. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br />MICHAL KOCAN~ 2703 WEST MAIN STREET <br />Next on the agenda is the proposal for lighting in the parking lot at 2703 West Main <br />Street. Applicant presented Board a sketch of the parking lot and a copy of the types of <br />lights he will be using. Mr. Visentin stated he did not see aproblem with this type pf <br />lights but if the neighbors complained, the Zoning Enforcement Officer would look into <br />the situation. Applicant stated the lights would be on a timer and would go off <br />approximately 30 minutes after the store closes. Mr. Morris made a motion to approve <br />the lighting plan contingent upon the lights not spilling over onto the neighbors property <br />and if there are complaints, the Zoning Enforcement Officer will look into it for a <br />solution to the problem. Mr. Alfonso seconded the motion. Unanimously carried. <br /> <br /> LOU SNELL~ INDUSTRIAL PARK <br />Next item on the agenda is a proposal by Mr. Snell for discussion regarding Village <br />Board's interpretation on the septic system at the lndustrial Park. Mr. Snell stated there <br />are existing two toilets but applicant is dividing the building into two separate space~ <br />Therefore, he would like to have two toilets but one in each space. What he is actually <br />doing is moving the location of where the toilets will be- he will not be adding a toilet- <br />he will be replacing one. Mr, Visentin stated the Planning Board consulted with the <br />Village Attorney who advised the Planning Board to bring it up at the Village Board's <br />workshop session which he has done. At the Village Board's meeting - the decision was <br />they will allow people who are in the Industrial Park to have a septic system as long as it <br />is approved by the Board of Healih (which Mr. Snell has already done - a copy of Which <br />is on ftle in the Planning/Zoning offices). Applicant can have it, maintain it and keep it <br />until such time the Village improves the existing sewer line at McKinley Street and/or at <br />the end of Givens Avenue -from the point that the Village determines or deems that it <br />now ready for connection, applicant has one year to connect. What Mr. Snell is <br />proposing is to divide the existing Axton Cross building into two halves and have a <br />bathroom in each half. Mr, Morris made a motion stating that the Planning Board has <br />no problems with the proposed renovations to the Axton Cross building as long as <br />applicant complies with all Ordinances and a copy of the Board of Healih 's letter is on <br />.file. Motion seconded by Mr. Alfonso. UnanimouMy carried.
