Itwas also stated that the Pet <br />Food Bowl has a temporary banner up which was not covered by permit. It was also <br />stated that no one had come to the Planning Board to discuss Euro Furniture subleasing <br />from Pet Food Bowl. Mr. Alfonso stated someone will have to come to the Planning <br />Board and show a floor plan of the space and what was done, apply for a building permit <br />and get a certificate of occupancy. At the present time no signs shouM be approved It <br />was also stated that a note was left for the Zoning Enforcement Officer to check into this <br />situation but nothing has been done as of this date. Mr. Adams also stated he would like <br />a copy of the latest sign application to see who had signed it. At thispoint it was <br />unanimously agreed that the sign permit application would be put on hold- waiting for <br />more information. <br /> <br />EILEEN SASSMANN FOR THE GREENWAY AND COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> <br />Ms. Sassmann stated we are in the final stages of the Comprehensive Plan. The <br />Committee has completed their work and given the Plan to the Board of Trustees in <br />December. The Board of Trastees has proceeded to do a SEQRA review and passed it <br />along to the Dutchess County Planning Board. Hopefully, the Plan will be approved at <br />the March meeting of the Board of Trustees. In the process Ms. Sassman just realized <br />that before the Board can approve the plan they need a letter from the Planning Board <br />recommending approval. Ms. Sassmann asked the Planning Board this evening if they <br />would provide such a letter. Mr. Hood stated as long as the rest of the Board has no <br />comments regarding the Plan, he would issue a letter on Monday morning recommending <br />adoption of the Plan. <br /> <br />At this point Ms. Sassmann turned her hat around and as a member of the Greenway <br />Committee gave a presentation on the Greenway Trail. It was very well received and all <br />members are very much in favor of it. <br /> <br />JOHN AND NORA ZAMBRANOt 1 $ EAST MAIN STREET. <br />Next on the agenda was an informal appearance by John and Nora Zambrano with a <br />proposal for take out food at 15 East Main Street. Mr. Zambrano stated he would like to <br />use 15 East Main Street for take out food. It was stated that the premises is zoned for this <br />type o fuse. He went on to state that he operates a grocery store at 11 East Main Street <br />and it is too small for this use. It was also stated that he would need an inspection by the <br />Fire Chief and Plumbing Inspector and present a floor plan to the Board. He also stated <br />he may put in two tables. <br /> <br />DUNKIN DONUTS, DUTCHESS SHOPPING PLAZA <br />Next on the agenda was the informal appearance by Dunkin Donuts with an amended <br />plan for their business in the Dutchess Shopping Plaza. Mr. Hood stated there was some <br />concern that the original application that is on file with the Building Inspector stated <br />renovations of the interior. The Building Permit was issued based on the assumption that <br />just the interior was being changed Several weeks ago it was brought to the attention of <br />the Planning Board that the building was no longer there. It was also stated that the <br />Mayor had instructed the Zoning Enforcement Officer to issue a cease and desist order <br /> <br /> <br />
