A Public Hg. on a proposed local law entitled ~A local law amending <br />Section 310 of the Village Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map, Village <br />of Wa ppingers Falls, N.Y. was held on ~13-89 at 7:00 P.M. in the <br />Village Hall. <br /> <br />Present: Mayor Hemingway, Tr. Ward, Tr. Hargrave, Tr. Buckley, Tr. <br />Costello, Tr. Kolb and Atty. Viglotti. <br /> <br />Village Atty. read notice mf Hearing as it appeared in W. & S.D. News <br />on 9-6-89. <br /> <br />Mr. Viglotti reported amendment would bring into conformity those <br />lots which are presently zoned Residential use and amend Section 310 <br />of the Zoning Ordinance which sets actual zones and map revisions. <br />He stated local law would only effect those properties located with <br />frontage upon Mckinley St. <br /> <br />Mr. Tony Nenni, Mr. <br />in favor of proposal. <br /> <br />Edward Nenni and Mr. <br /> <br />Utter all stated they were <br /> <br />Mr. Gil Napoleon inquired if three family houses covered by llocal <br />grandfather clause wo~d be allowed to continue and Atty. Viglotti <br />replied that if it was legal prior to amendment, it would remain' legal. <br /> <br />No one else present voiced an opinion for or against said amendmento <br /> <br />Public Hg. closed 7:10 P.M. <br /> <br /> <br />
