Regular meeting of the Village Board of Trustees was held on Dec. 8, 1976 at 7:00 P.M. in the American Legion Hall. Present: Mayor Synnett, Tr. Dolan, Tr. Alfonso, Tr. Bain~ Tr. Lawrence~ Tr. Belding, Tr. O'Rourke and Atty. LFons. Minutes: Minutes of the last regular meetln9 held Nov. 10, 1976 and an Infor- mational meetin9 held Nov. 30, 1976 had been duplicated and previously presented to Board members. Motion by Tr. Belding~ seconded by Tr. Bain that the above minutes be accepted as written. Carried. Communications: Village Justice Mann's report for month of November, 1976 was read showing a total of $737.00 collected in fines. Motion by Tr. Bain~ seconded by Tr. Belding that the above report be accepted as read. Carried. Letter read from Anthony DiMarco, Lake Comm. Chairman, recommendin9 Village install signs relative ~o no huntin9 on the Lake. Motion by Tr. Alfonso, seconded by Tr. Belding that the Village Atty. be directed to write the Department of Environmental Conser- ~a%ion and request permission to post the lake as a land owner. Carried. Atty. Lyons reported the Village cannot regulate.hunting. Letter read from Marlene G. Watts~ Executive Director, D.C. Association for Senior Citizens, requestin9 Village's donation of $1,000 as they are very much in need of the funds ~o meet their budgetary needs. Motion by Tr. Bain, seconded by Tr. Belding that the above payment be made as outlined in agreement dated Nov. 23, 1976, Carried. Letter read from J~rdan DiCambio requesting a meeting with Zoning & Planning Board's relative to a 16 acre parcel of land ine rear of the Dutchess Bleachery. Copies forwarded Zoning & Planning Board's for recommendations. Zonin9 Officer's report for month of November, 1976 was read showin9 a total ~f $75.00 collected in fees. Motion by Tr. Beldin9, seconded by Tr. Bain that the above report be accepted as read. Carried.
